Golden Apricot Salad
Ok, this is really different and a fun party food. I took organic golden raisins, dried apricot(raw and sulfate free), raw cashews, organic frozen peas, coconut butter, and I put this spice on it I found at the spice store in Santa Monica. The spice is called Balti Seasoning and it's amazing!! The ingredients in the Balti seasoning are coriander,garlic, ginger, cumin, dundicut, chilies, ceylon, cinnamon, mustard, cardamom, clove, fennel, fenugreek, charnushka, star anise, ajwain, black cardamom, cilantro, anise seed, and bat leaf!
